FAQ's

PLUS 90 is a safe and effective treatment for feminine health and wellness, offering immediate results with continued improvements. Gentle, controlled volumetric heating off tissue reduces pain, improves blood circulation, and stimulates the muscles inside the vaginal canal and on the labia.

Depending on the intensity of the treatment, there is little to no downtime. Most patients may have slight discomfort during and immediately after treatment. Some patients will experience no discomfort at all.
Your physician will determine the best treatment plan for you. Most patients have 2-3 sessions. However, many notice a difference after only one treatment. The number of sessions depends on your treatment concerns, personal goals, and if you plan to use a combination or single treatment approach.

The treatment is intended for feminine wellness and approved for muscle stimulation, relaxation, pain reduction, fractional resurfacing, improvement of blood circulation, and for treating the side effects of Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM).

The International Society of Sexual Medicine reports that GSM may affect about half of post-menopausal women. GSM Symptoms include:

  • Burning sensations and irritation in the genital area
  • Dryness
  • Poor vaginal lubrication during sex
  • Discomfort or pain with intercourse
  • Impaired sexual function
  • An urgent need to urinate
  • Painful urination
  • Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)

Women do not need to have all symptoms to be diagnosed with GSM.

Patients can expect to feel a heating sensation during treatment. Results can be felt and seen immediately, with continued improvements over the following weeks or multiple treatments.
