The O-Shot® is a PRP-based procedure that may be considered for selected women experiencing concerns involving sexual sensitivity, arousal, lubrication, orgasm or other aspects of intimate wellness. Suitability and expected outcomes are discussed individually.

Cosmetic Gynecology

Explore non-surgical intimate-wellness options for selected concerns involving appearance, volume, comfort or external intimate tissues. Treatment may involve PRP, filler or energy-based technologies depending on the individual concern.

BLADDER CONTROL

What is women’s sexual wellness?

Women’s sexual wellness includes physical, hormonal and emotional factors that can affect sexual comfort, desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm and overall intimate well-being. Concerns can have different causes, so assessment is important before choosing a treatment.

What women’s sexual wellness treatments does REVIVE offer?

REVIVE offers several women’s wellness services, including O-Shot® PRP treatment, cosmetic gynecology options, vaginal rejuvenation treatments, women’s hormone therapy and selected treatments for bladder-control concerns. Each service has different indications, limitations and potential risks.

Can menopause affect vaginal and sexual health?

Yes. Declining estrogen around menopause can contribute to genital dryness, irritation, discomfort during sex and urinary symptoms. These changes are often grouped under genitourinary syndrome of menopause, or GSM. Treatment depends on symptoms, medical history and individual suitability.

Can microneedling help with hair loss?

Microneedling may be incorporated into treatment for selected types of hair loss and is sometimes combined with other therapies such as PRP. It is not appropriate for every hair-loss or scalp condition, so suitability should be assessed before treatment.

What is the difference between O-Shot®, vaginal rejuvenation and cosmetic gynecology?

These terms describe different approaches. The O-Shot® uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood. Vaginal rejuvenation may involve selected laser, radiofrequency or PRP treatments. Cosmetic gynecology is a broader category that may include filler, PRP or energy-based treatments for selected intimate-wellness or cosmetic concerns.

Can women’s sexual wellness treatments help with urinary incontinence?

Some of the technologies available at REVIVE may be considered for selected bladder-control concerns, particularly stress-related urinary leakage. However, urinary incontinence has several different types and causes. How do I know which treatment is right for me?

The appropriate option depends on your symptoms, medical history, medications, menopause or hormonal status, previous treatments and individual goals. A confidential consultation allows the REVIVE team to determine whether one of the available treatments may be appropriate or whether additional assessment is recommended.

Are women’s sexual wellness treatments painful?

Comfort and recovery vary considerably depending on the treatment. PRP injections, laser procedures, radiofrequency treatments and hormone-related care are different and should not be given one blanket pain or downtime description. Your provider will explain what to expect for the specific treatment being considered.
