WHAT IS Microneedling?

WHICH MACHINE DO YOU USE AT REVIVE MEDICAL SPA?

At REVIVE MD, we are proud to say we only use Health Canada-approved devices.

We use the eDerma stamp machine, the leading machine in the whole micro-needling industry, made in Germany.

Using such a great machine means better results , is a safer option and provides less chances of complications if any.

WHICH AREAS CAN BE TREATED WITH MICRO-NEEDLING?

In addition to using micro-needling on face for acne scars, fine lines and improving skin texture in general, micro-needling can also be used for neck, decollete area, breast cleavage, hands, stretch marks on the body, surgical scars and also our scalp to simulate hair growth and protects against hair loss and helps with hair restoration.

WHAT ARE PRECAUTIONS BEFORE MICRO-NEEDLING?

A thorough consultation is mandatory to make sure you are a good candidate.

If you are currently on any acne treatment medications, we might ask you to stop them for a period of time before you receive your treatment.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, this treatment is not recommended for you.

After you receive your Micro-needling session, you should not wear a mask for 2 days. You need to plan a convenient time for your treatment where you will be able to follow after-care instructions.
