O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot)

Research shows that only about 14% of women EVER talk to ANY of their physicians about sex. With around 4 in 10 suffering from a sexual disorder, why do only about 1 in 10ever talk to their physician about sex? According to Practice Bulletin in Obstetrics and Gynecology (April 2011), the reason may be that (with the exception of short-term hormone replacement) research shows few proven treatment options. Both physician and patient would be discouraged by discussing a problem for which there is no proven solution–so the doctor just doesn’t ask.

Dr. Marina Beshay, certified by Dr. Charles Runels, the creator of the O-Shot procedure in Alabama, USA, underwent direct training from Dr. Runels himself. This personalized training not only equipped her with the skills to perform the procedure but also included valuable insights and tricks for enhancing its success.

Endorsed by Dr. Runels, Dr. Beshay stands as one of the select few O-Shot trainers nationally and internationally. Leveraging her expertise, she actively trains physicians and healthcare providers on the intricacies of the procedure, adding to her role as one of only two trainers in Ontario approved by Dr. Runels. Dr. Marina Beshay goes beyond teaching the O-Shot, extending her proficiency to the P-Shot and Vampire procedures, solidifying her position as a distinguished trainer in the field.

WHAT IS O-SHOT®?

O shot, stands for Orgasm shot is simply PRP injection in the vaginal wall. PRP is being prepared by drawing your blood, like when you go for your blood work then spin the blood in the centrifuge at a high speed. This process will split Platelets Rich Plasma ( PRP) from your red blood cells. When PRP is injected, it stimulates collagen production, elastin production and blood vessels and circulation.

After your vaginal wall is completely numbed using a topical numbing cream , this PRP will be injected back in your vaginal wall. The whole area is usually pretty numb and the procedure is usually very tolerable.

WHAT DOES O-SHOT® TREAT:

WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME AFTER O-SHOT®:

Fortunately, the O-Shot boasts minimal downtime. Following the approximately 2-3 hours of numbing cream application, you may experience slight discomfort for the day. Remarkably, you can resume your intimate and sexual activities on the very same day as the procedure.

WHEN WILL I START SEEING RESULTS?

The PRP works by stimulating your collagen. Please keep in mind that the collagen stimulation process doesn’t happen overnight. The average duration for collagen stimulation is 4 weeks. Your body can continue to produce collage for 12 weeks after the procedure. Having that said, this means you will start seeing results slowly day after day for up to 3 months after you treatment day.

The O-Shot® utilizes Platelet-Rich Plasma. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) contains collagen, fibrin, elastin, and natural growth factors. The best part is that it is all-natural! PRP is derived from your blood sample, so this treatment doesn’t contain synthetic or manufactured growth factors. After numbing the treatment area, the PRP is injected into the space between the urethra and the vaginal opening. PRP stimulates collagen production to help support the urethra, lessen urinary incontinence, and build healthier vaginal tissue. PRP is also injected into the clitoral body, increasing the nerve supply and blood vasculature, leading to improved sensitivity and sensation!
